Restoring your unlock

On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with. On iPhone, Family Sharing members get the unlock too.

Purchases don't carry over between iPhone and Android, since each store keeps its own.

Your Street says it can't find me

Check that location access is allowed for Home by Dusk in your phone's settings, or tap Search an address instead. Without a connection, you can still play every city in the game.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple or Google Play.

Deleting your data

Everything the game keeps is on your device; deleting the app removes it. See Privacy for the anonymous statistics we count.
